iCloud

I am not able to upgrade my iCloud. It gives me an error when I try and tells me to try again later

Make sure that you know your Apple ID password and try the step below:

Settings> Apple id > media and purchases> view account > sign out of your Apple ID and sign back in.

Can you download any other apps?
