Managing Safari Bookmarks on iOS

I'm fairly new with Apple products namely iPad Pro ie iOS, which is of course limited compared to OS X. Can we please get Apple to improve the mobile experience, starting with Safari navigation!

I spent over 1300$ CAD for an iPad Pro and I expected more control of my device. If I wanted to use it with a keyboard, I would have purchased a MacBook. Anyhow...

Suggestions:

1. Add a Safari Bookmarks Manager to the online iCloud account page (currently, we can only Restore Bookmarks from Advanced Settings)
2. In the Safari Bookmark Manager, allow selection of multiple items (eg I wanted to move roughly 30 bookmarks from Favourites to Bookmarks but had to Edit/Change Category one by one)
