I recently factory reseted my mac, it installed an old MacOs, but since then i cant sign in on app store to download apps and it wont sign in to icloud and its showing no updates available in app store. have attached few photos for reference.
Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina or Big Sur. If you get a Mac App Store preview page, change the https at the beginning of its address to macappstore.
If you still can't access the Mac App Store, use the El Capitan link.
Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To look up other programs, click here.
