Cloud icon always present in finder

Hi there!

I hope you can help me with this problem. I've recently decided to also use my iCloud subscription to store a lot of my personal files so they are always available on all my Apple devices.

Very often after editing files or adding them, a full cloud (waiting for an update) or dotted cloud icon appears next to the folder in the finder.

This happens for no reason because all the files are perfectly synchronized on the devices with the changes just made. Even clicking on the folder all the files are perfectly synchronized.

Can I know why this icon appears and how to make it go away? Sometimes it is very annoying and the files are perfectly synchronized.
