I can not get text messages for Two Factor Authentication.
I can get text messages in general but when it comes to Two Factor Authentication, I never get the CODE sent to my phone and I don't know why.

If you have an iPhone the code is not sent as SMS; it is sent directly to the device as a notification. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, log in and click on Security and make sure your correct Apple devices are listed. You can also list phone numbers of non-Apple devices.
