Macbook Pro got wet

I spilled water on my macbook a couple of days ago and up until this morning i let it sit, closed, after I towel dried it immediately. I plugged it in this morning thinking it would be okay but I open it and the trackpad won’t click, the cursor wont move, and the screen keeps showing up with the Options and Macintosh HD icons. I can’t click anything cause my cursor won’t move.

It needs to be examined by an authorized service center. Water damage is often extensive and ongoing due to corrosion.
