Could not activate cellular data network

Hey there so I went on my phone it says Could not activate cellular data network so how to turn it on?

could not couldn’t gooden? That makes sense just like cannot Garrett carrot right?

The message is clear, set Mobile Data On or activate Wi-Fi.

Settings -> Mobile Netword -> Mobile Data -> turn in On.
