I just recently updated my phone (8) to iOS 15.4 and Apple watch (series 3) to watchOS 8.5. Before these updates I could turn sleep on on my watch and my phone would go into sleep focus as well. Now it does not and I have to manually turn both sleep focuses on. I don’t use the ‘mirror my iPhone’ for focus on my watch bc I prefer not to. Is there any way to get my phone to turn on sleep mode when I turn it on with my watch?

The only way to that is to set them up to mirror each other. Or, set up your phone to go into Sleep focus at a specific time.
