Bluetooth device designation option?

Hi, I put this here because I feel it's the best place to put it since there is not enough room to talk about this in feedback window. I am a Cochlear Implant user and while iPhone and Cochlear have worked well together with their direct streaming app and feature, I find myself wishing I had the truly handsfree option that AirPods users have. Currently the direct streaming from iPhone to Cochlear Implant only allows for streaming to one Bluetooth device at a time therefore I need to continue holding the iPhone to my ear or in front of me so that the iPhone mic can get my voice. It would be great if your Bluetooth settings on iPhone could feature the options to select an “audio stream/ear piece” designated device and a “microphone” designated device that way I can choose to have audio stream directly to my Cochlear Implant and then microphone would pick-up from the AirPods. I believe if could be done Apple would be able to sell a lot more AirPods to these customers. You’ll be tapping into a new customer base that use Cochlear Implants that can currently connect to iPhone by allowing them to purchase AirPods and truly become handsfree like everyone else. Based on research there 737,000 people in the world with Cochlear Implants. I believe this would be a great opportunity for Apple to take their commitment in hearing accessibility to another level and show that they support a group that may feel limited when trying to multitasking with a hearing impairment device. Maybe there is a solution out there already and would greatly appreciate any feedback/assistance.
