I have a Mac (24-inch, M1, 2021). Any pictures I take with the camera are blurry. How can i correct this to make images clear? Can the focus be changed?

24inch iMac? Right?
You have a 1080P (only 2 Mpix) webcam on your mac - it is intended primarily for video calls, not still photography. A webcam rarely makes good still images.

Does it look this way on the camera? if you double click it and view it full size, is t blurry? You can rotate it and rotate it back to force a regeneration of the preview.
Sorry, I misread, you need to move further away, it is a fixed focus lens, don't expect good closeups.
