Not being able to turn FaceTime volume down.

Hi,

so I am having a issue with the volume on FaceTime. This started happening when I updated my iPhone to iOS 15. Whenever I am on a facetime call with anyone, the volume would be normal, until I go on Tik tok. When I would be on Tik tok, I could barely hear anything but when I would exit the app, the facetime volume would be very loud and I wouldn’t be able to turn it down unless I end the call. This only happens when I go on Tik tok and it’s very annoying.

Hello amynguyen0987,

Since this is only happening with TikTok, we would suggest that you remove TikTok, restart the iPhone, and then install TikTok again.

How to delete an app

1. Touch and hold the app.

2. Tap Remove App .

3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.

Once the app is deleted, power cycle the iPhone by pressing and holding the side button until "Power Off" appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections. More information is available here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Turn the iPhone back on, and install TikTok again: Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support
