Reminders not showing up in notifications center?

Hello everyone, I restored my iPhone XS and updated it to iOS 15.4, then restored my iCloud backup...everything seems working fine except for some apps not showing up in settings --> notifications. First it was Whatsapp, but by restoring my privacy and contacts settings I solved it, now it's Reminders: whenever I open the app it does not ask me if I want to allow notifications, thus not appearing in settings --> notifications. I tried deleting and re-downloading it, restoring my privacy settings again etc. but without any success, is there anything else I could try? Thanks in advance.
