I own AW7 and it won’t charge until I restart it.
I don’t use any third party apps (it is mostly for sports in which I use the default fitness app) so I can’t imagine any app interfering with it.
I can leave it charging for 40 minutes, only getting 3% of charge.
Once I restart it, it charges 20% in like 10 min.
Any ideas? What can I do?

It doesn't help actually.
The lightning bolt icon appears, but it hardly increases my battery percentages.
Also I did notice since updating my watchOS it started happening, and sometimes it keeps the bolt icon for even a minute after leaving the charger.
I tried with 2 different original chargers, anker charger, and belkin charger.
None of them made any difference.
