Beats Flex light won't turn off (Beats Fit; BeatsX)
Hello! I found this question in another discussion thread, and could not find a solution on my own. As an FYI, I wanted to link that closed thread here (as it came up as a top result in a Google search), and provide the article that solved my Beats LED light/power issue.
Symptoms: Beats Flex (Blue) headphones would not power on after being fully charged. [Verified Apple branded accessories used to charge; connected to computer USB port to power.] The white LED light stayed on even when the power button was held. The headphones would not reset with the power + volume down button combination, and they would not go into pairing mode at all. No sounds occurred when attempting any steps.
RESOLVED: HOLDING THE POWER BUTTON FOR 20 SECONDS caused the LED light to briefly turn off, then begin flashing red & white. This fully reset the Beats & allowed me to re-pair them to my device.

The suggestion to hold the power button alone for 20 seconds is not listed in the article, but when I chatted Apple Support with the symptoms & steps attempted, this is what they suggested. AND IT WORKED! My Beats are now fully functional again!
Beats Flex, Beats Fit, and Beatsx also seem to be included. Good luck, all!
