Screen damage.

My daughter uses my iPhone 11, the top of the screen is black, difficult to see more than half the screen, any ideas what could have caused this? There are no cracks on the screen.

screen cracked and always "busy" : fixable? I assume replacing the screen on my GF's iphone 8 will not fix it as I cannot power it off or reset it. It just shows the busy circle and gets hot and I keep it in the icebox when it gets to hot. I assume the battery will eventually go dead. Any suggestions or experience? Ipad Mini 6th Gen Screen Issue My son was using his ipad when out of nowhere the screen went black with horizontal lines. The screen is still responsive to touch. Tried force resetting the ipad multiple times with no success. Has anyone had this issue with 6th gen mini? If so how did you fix it?

Well, if I had to guess, I'd say something failed or is broken.

Whatever happened, us speculating on what cause it won't fix anything.

Make an appointment at the genius bar and have it checked out.
