How do I set badge notifications for specific email accounts on my iPhone.

I used to have my setting so that I can see that I have emails from certain accounts on the app icon. Now the settings only allow me to turn on the notification badges for all accounts or none.

Mail Badge I just got an iPhone 14 and I do not see the red badge on the home screen to tell me how many unread emails there are. Other advice said Settings -- Notifications -- Mail -- be sure badge is on, but I don't have that as an option. I can see badges on other apps, just not Mail, but when I click into the Mail app, the unread emails are there.

Since updating to iOS 15.4 my Gmail app badges do not work I don't use sound or banner notifications. Instead I rely on badges. Since updating to iOS 15.4 last week, I no longer receive badge notifications for the gmail app. I have to wonder if other apps are failing to show badges, but gmail is the one I've noticed so far. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the gmail app to no avail. I've restarted my iPhone several times using several methods. Please help! iPhone SE second gen

By default that is what you get.

You may use a web browser and set rules for other accounts and move them to a sub-folder that way you get badge notifications only for one account that you have not set any rules.
