I can't load my video!!!

How can I resolve this problem? I tried to open it in iCloud and share to my email, but it says "These photos can’t be shared right now." Help please!

I get not just the photo but a video (.mov) of the same subject on my iPhone When I take a picture with my iPhone 12, everything appears normal, fine and as it should. Later I go to iCloud and download to my PC. But what I get is not just the photo but a video (.mov) of the same subject. I did NOT take a video, and there is no video in my "Photos" folder on iPhone/iCloud. But when I download, I get a video as well as the photo. Any ideas about what is going on? Like, How and why is the video being captured? Why doesn't it show up in Photos (iPhone/iCloud). What do I do to stop this from happening. Thanks for any helpful comments. [Re-titled by Moderator]
