How recalibrate battery 6s
Battery shows 1 percent but can still use for hours. When I turn off phone it goes back up to a high percentage. Battery health is good at 91 percent.

You really need a new battery especially if health is below 80%
Recalibrate iPhone 6S and earlier ONLY:-
Drain the battery completely using bright screen and flashlight til it shuts down, and leave it in that state for 1 hour.
Put on charge to 100% and leave on charge for 1 hour more.
Force restart by holding power and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears then release.
When it restarts take off charge.
