Storage confusion

Hi, I’ve been struggling for about a year with running out of storage on my Iphone. I currently pay monthly for 2 TB of storage and still can’t download apps, take pictures, videos and much more. I’ve currently used 115.8 GB of storage. So, I’m wondering what the problem is.. and if my phone hardware storage is different then ICloud storage. Thanks.

Unfortunately, renting iCloud storage does not add storage space to an iPhone. If you need more space on the device, you will need to delete or move existing content.
