compromised password notification data leak

Received message in "Notification Center" of my new iPhone13 when it completed its initial update upon purchase.

It has a cartoon picture of a key and the statement:

"Compromised Passw...

The password for one of your accounts has

appeared in a data leak, putting it at high

risk of compromise. iPhone can help you

re-secure your account."

Is this phishing or real?

Therefore should it be clicked on and follow what it says as it is likely to have a re-submission of passwords?

Please advise.
