Trying to set up an eHarmony account I’ve gone through all the processes and it keeps denying me access to my account I put in my email I’ve put in password I’ve change password I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

Trying to set up an eHarmony account have completed all the information email passwords more passwords still not working
