how to activate apple music when you're invited in family sharing
i was invited by my brother into family share and when i access apple music they tell me to pay but it's already payed by my brother and i've confirmed my apple ID and all the steps

Normal Family Sharing does not include Apple Music.
Only if your brother have Apple Music Family subscription to be able to invite you.
