iPhone 13 Pro Max back glass and display broke

My Dad bought me an iphone 13 pro max but I'm living in Sri Lanka so I accidently dropped my phone on the pavement the back glass and the display is out. Dad told me that he has put 2 years of apple Care warranty so in this situation I don't know what to do Could you help me Out?

I bought this phone from a friend and he has told me to give this route a try. The glass on the front and back of this phone is pretty beat up. Can i have my phone fixed or repaired. Without him being present necessarily because the Applecare+ is in his name? Also if this route won’t satisfy my curiousity I can just waste more time and create an appointment in Union square SF. I work literally one block away.

How do I fix my iPad if I dropped it and have AppleCare? The iPad was dropped. The screen is cracked in a major way [Edited by Moderator]
