my sony tv (2022) apple password fail

my sony tv (2022) does not accept my apple password. when I log in to apple tv on my phone or computer everything is ok, but not on the tv. Yes I have ensured the ID and password are correct.

Clues please.

In addition, sometimes AirPlay works and sometimes it doesn't, when I'm trying to transfer my computer screen movie to the TV. This is a problem especially with rented movies. Any suggestions?
