MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16 Freezing

I have a problem with freezing. My MacBook sometimes get freezing during work. Usually it happens when I work with photo in Adobe Lightroom. I having also open Photoshop and some windows in Safari( not much 2-6) one window is open with YouTube. When I want to save my photos I see that Mac get freezing for 1-2s and I heart some cracking in speakers. It looks like that Mac doeasnt have enough RAM or memory. I have 16GB RAM and 1T SSD. Also I have old Macbook Air 2017 with 8 GB RAM and I never see this on tham. Can you help me please? Thank you!
