According the picture, your iPhone has no problems. It says that the battery has 100% capacity (compared to when it was new) and that the battery is operating at Peak Performance (meaning its maximum). There is no “bad” message on your iPhone.

It looks as if one is your actual screen shot and the other is some picture you've found on the internet, probably from showing an older version of iOS. Your phone is fine.
