Hi, My Macbook Pro got delivered to a wrong address on Mar11th by UPS and it was almost 20 days. I called APPLE many times and they still say investigation is going on, not sure how long it is going to take. They didn't gave any update till now and whenever I reach out they say 2 business days or 3 business days.
Rest assured that Apple will make it right, although it does take a while to rule-out fraud.
You might however ask for a temporary reversal of the charge until a replacement ships; there’s no such thing as an “inexpensive” MBP.

Track this on UPS' End:
If a computer was delivered, it would have been placed in to someone's hands. If no one was there at the time, then UPS would have left a Delivery Notice (usually on the door knob). So, what happens when you go here: Track your Packages - UPS
Since we are users like you. It's up to Apple customer support.
