How to block/remove random website from screen time.

Hello all, I cannot find an answer to this for the life of me. I’ve noticed a random weird website is on my screen time 100% of the time since Monday (3-28-22) I don’t recall going to this website, but it’s quite possible I did. Spotrac.com. I guess it tracks salaries of pro sports or something? I’m not sure. But it appears to be running 100% of the time on my phone and I have no idea how to remove/block/handle this. I’ve emailed them directly but haven’t heard back. Any advice, tips, knowledge on this would be more than appropriated, thank you so much.
