I have an old iPad with SIM card as they do not have Wi-Fi and I want to give it to my parents to just use for FaceTime and sending emails to.
the iPad will not let me set a new user as it says I have set up my limited amount of users in the device.
can you help. I have managed to set up the iPad without it to start with for email with yahoo.
,but would like to use FaceTime and to do this I need an apple account set up?

Create a new AppleID for your parents on another device.
Once created, you will be able to use that AppleID on your
old iPad once you have set it up.
