I can'T update apps

When i try to update apps on my phone say's that i need to accept terms and condition... when i want to accep nothing hapening , i receive white screen

Hi there, Alin129! I understand you're unable to update your apps because you need to agree to the terms and conditions in iTunes and I would like to help with that! Unfortunately I'm not bilingual like you are so I'm not able to read the language that your phone is set to, but I think that one of these steps could be helpful to solve your problem.


1- Make sure that you have an updated payment method and billing address on file by following these steps here.

2- Visit the iTunes App and scroll down to the bottom and make sure that you're fully signed in to your Apple ID by clicking on your account.

3- Make sure that the applications that you are trying to update were purchased with the same apple id that you are currently signed into. If a different Apple ID holds the license to an app, a different Apple ID cannot update said app.

4- If those don't work, check out these resources here, here, here, and here.

5- And always you can reach out to Apple Support to get help, here's how to do that.
