Auto fill is no longer working on my iPad for name, address, email, credit card, etc

Auto fill is no longer working on my iPad for name, address, email, password, credit card - on MOST - websites on my iPad , maybe since the last update? Everything that should be switched on is switched on - keychain, auto fill, etc. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?
