My husband is an Android user looking to switch to Apple. He has all his notes on ColorNote and won’t make the change unless he can move his notes. Is there any way to get the notes moved to an Apple tablet/phone?

sberman gave you a better answer. My search came up with different
name and I did not notice the extra letter in the app name.
There is an app called Color Notes in the AppStore. Your husband
could check to see if that is the same app. As to transferring data,
that would be a good question for the AppDeveloper.
Android store shows many apps called Color Notes - one of them has
the same developer (Hagens Media, LLC) as Color Notes in the AppStore.
The AppStore version is free to download, and does have in-app purchases
so your husband can try it out.
