New Folder

I am unable to add a new folder to my ATT and Gmail accounts. I get no message. Sometimes I can see the folder immediately after adding it. But when I try to move content into it, it’s no longer there. This is happening on both my iPhone 11 and iPad 6.

GMAIL is an account provided by Google and its behavior on your devices is also managed by Google. The way GMAIL works, in my experience, is that you have to create a new folder on the GMAIL website 👉 www.gmail.com by logging into your email account and then creating the folder. Once you do that, then the folder syncs and appears on your other devices after a few moments and you can drop emails into that folder. I have never been able to create a folder directly from the Mail app on the iPhone or an iPad. I believe the same resolution will apply to your AT&T account.
