2019 MacBook Pro 16" Glitching out of nowhere.

When is Apple going to recognize the issue of your extremely vulnerable and delicate flex cable. Please refer to the video. This is a design flaw and the burden should not be placed onto the consumer for this issue.

If you notice in the video provided (you won't let me upload a 1.2mb image - even though your threshold is 5mb) this is a variable display issue most likely due to the extremely delicate flex cables you've hardwired to the entire display. To fix this issue requires a total replacement - and this won't last that long knowing how lightly used and rarely moved this particular MBP is.

It's shame you can't acknowledge the failure and own up to it and make it right for your customers.

This has been a long-standing issue in these aluminum unibody macs from 2016 and onward. There should be a repair program for these devices that limits the number of free repairs. These issues show up between 6-18 months after users have used the MacBook Pro both the 13 inch and the 15inch models. This was quietly fixed on the 2018 MacBook Pros however those have overheating and graphic card issues when they get too hot.

And refering to your suggestions, I’ve done all of this and more. I’ve submitted my feedback, I’ve filed numerous claims, I drove 5 hrs round trip to my nearest Mac store. I purchased a external monitor to “get me by” and the WiFi doesn’t work on this mac in clamshell mode.

so many flaws. I have nothing more to do but sit with a 2 year old 2500.00 computer that’s rendered itself completely useless. All while taking the best care of the unit as humanly possible. Tell me there aren’t flaws here and that you can’t see the issue.
