MacOS Malware - injecting ads into Google Search

My mother's iMac is infected with some Malware that injects malicious ads in her google search on both Safari and Chrome. Neither browser has any extensions installed. I've run Malware Bytes, Knock Knock and gone through the applications folder and activity monitor and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. No start-up items, nothing that looked suspicious in the Launch Daemons or Launch Agents


Are there any other tools I could use to fix this issue?
