Hi I can’t seem to set up my HomePod mini as a hub.

My HomePod mini is not being recognized as a hub. I have tried all the recommendations from the apple site.

my region is Trinidad and Tobago. Does the region have any issues with HomePod mini ??

HomePod mini I have a HomePod mini but it won't register as a home hub. I have done everything, reinstalled the home app, disconnect the wifi, reset the HomePod mini, have all the right setting enable, two factor, I'm using the same Apple ID on all devices, reset my phone, hard and soft, delete everything off my phone start from scratch but still I cannot see hub and bridges. I have all of my devices updated. I can't even see the intercom symbol that should be in the right top corner and I find that weird, its like I need to update the HomeKit but its already updated. This is very frustrating because I cannot use my accessaries remotely and that's one of the main purpose of me using a HomePod mini. I really need help any one has this problem?

Homepod mini not registering as home hub.. How can I troubleshoot a Homepod mini not registering as home hub or allowing any automation or remote access as a result. I have already reset and even deleted My home and started with the mini as the first accessory.

HomePod mini unreachable / Home Hub not working I've had my HomePod mini for 2 days and I am unable to get it to work as a home hub or set up any automations. The home app on both my iPhone and MacBook has a warning saying "No Remote Access" and unavailable appears under the HomePod. I can use Siri and stream music from Apple Music from the HomePod, however I cannot transfer calls from my iPhone to the HomePod or initiate or answer a call through the HomePod with Siri. I followed the troubleshooting instructions which were to reset the HomePod and go through the setup several times, thinking I did something wrong, but this was no help. I attempted to have a support call but was not able to book one as I am currently residing outside of the US. Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot your router and power cycle the HomePod. See if there is any improvement.

If it’s in the list as a Hub, it is acting as a Hub. Other Apple Hubs might be showing as “connected” and HomePod as “standby” but that’s ok and by design. If there’s other more specific issues, please describe the issue.

It’s not showing up as a hub at all. When I am at home the eve sensors are working on my phone , but when I am away from the house I have no remote access.
