Screen recording permission issues with Monterey 12.3

Even though I have allowed screen recorder permissions to apps like Slack, Chrome (Google Meet), Zoom ect. I still receive the pop up to allow the permissions in my privacy settings. Has anyone else run into this? Everything I find on google just tells you to make sure these apps are checked in Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Screen Recording. I've also tried removing these apps from the list and readding, reinstalled the apps and ensure they are on the current update but still no luck.
