I purchased mine back in December and starting having problems on January, I’ve done everything, they told me at very beginning it was my AirPods ( although my problem is with or without using AirPods or whatever Bluetooth I have) so I bought another pair of AirPods and same problem, then they switch my new iPhone 13 for a refurbished one, guess what? Still same problem, they switch me from e-sim card for a SIM card and kept going on with problem, so they told me it was my line and to call AT&T which I did, for three weeks they did check on line towers close my area, they did a maintenance on my line, of course after every step they did they gave me three days to check if what was done helped with issue, and the only way for me to check that was having couple of days to make calls. I also bought a JBL Bluetooth and check if sticking just to Apple products will solve the problem, guess what? Still with problem, my internet company came home to check router and everything (although my problem is not only at home) So after trying everything my last resource was to go back to my old iPhone 8 Plus and check if this will fix and resolve my problem, and guess what? YES IT WORKED, my problem was solved,

so after spending money on two Bluetooth from different brands, almost 4 months of problems, some lost customers on phone calls tired of not being able to have a good conversation without problems, I finally discover that the problem is the iphone13, very bad phone, and I’m not keeping it under any circumstances, it’s a lot of money for a phone I’m no longer using and it’s in a drawer and I’m still on a monthly payment until next year. I will try to do the lemon law on this. I think Apple has to honor its name and resolve all this problems. I’ll try to get the iPhone 12 for them to give it to me instead of this. Definitely will keep you all posted. We need to be together to get this problem solved. Good luck to all us!!!

Ok so I am having the same issue on speakerphone. Those solutions do not work. I just realized it is when my friend or anyone at the other end and I are kinda talking at the same time. I switched phones with my husband just so I could hear what everyone else is hearing. It’s SO terrible! I’m trying to talk to a senior advisor. This needs to be solved.

I’m having same problem, I can’t hear people or they can’t hear me, either speaker, AirPods, or any Bluetooth I have purchased. I thought it was my line, but they already check line on att, I purchased a new phone which I can’t use because of this problem, now they change my phone for a refurbished one and still having same problem since January. So I’m paying for a phone that is not giving me the service what was purchased for, my customers get frustrated because of my problem and I’m losing customers. I want to switch for a 12 iphone. And problem solved.

I am having the same issue. Purchased my iPhone 13 pro on April 2nd 2022. Since then , I have continuously had issues with the speakerphone. Everytime I talk on the speaker phone, the person on the other end say they can’t hear me and I’m going in and out. I called the Apple support team and got assistance. However, all she did was have me run a few tests (record a video with the front camera and then another using back camera- both while talking to see if my voice was choppy. She also had me create a voice note). Everything was fine. The Apple Tech member even said that she could hear me perfectly clear while I was on speakerphone.

However, there have been so many people complaining about the same issue! The speakers are clear of debri, all tests have been ran, etc. It is clearly an issue with the phone itself. Something has to be done. This phone is too expensive to have these problems ($1,099 to be exact plus Apple + Care $269 plus power adapter $19).

I had the iPhone X for like 4 years and never had this issue. My prior iPhone 7 before that didn’t have this issue either. I keep my phones for a long time as you can see. I can’t see myself keeping the iPhone 13 pro for that long with these speakerphone issues.

Apple, please do what’s right and fix this, or refund us or money. It’s the right thing to do. We work too hard for our money to be spent on defective products where the company won’t provide a refund. We don’t want a new phone either. Those obviously have the same issues based on customers that were already offered that option and got a new phone.
