New pair of airpods pro not connecting and won't reset

I've just got the airpod pros and I'm having trouble trying them to connect to my iphone.

After I took them out of the box, I put them to charge. When first plugged in, the light was already green. Although I left them for like 2-3 hours.

I tried putting them close to my phone with the lid open, nothing.

When I press and hold the back button, the led turns green for like 2 secs and then it flashes white for like 5-6 times. And that over and over again, no matter how many times I do this. Sometimes it's just the white flashing without the green turning on. I tried All kinds of things, like removing the airpods, putting them back in (Oh, and when I do this, no feedback. When I take them out or put them back in, the led doesn't light up any color). I tried reseting them but the "amber" color doesn't appear, just as I said green and white flashing. I tried cleaning everything (all bits of the charging parts).

I really don't know what to do anymore, any help ?
