Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Unable to connect to any WI-FI, and mobile data isn’t working either.

My phone has been doing this crap for 2 days, All of a sudden- it won’t connect to any known or unknown Wi-Fi… like I’ll click on a Wi-Fi to connect too and it’ll act like it’s going to connect but it will just load.. and load, and load.

and as for my mobile data- it isn’t working period. I talked to my service provider and they told me everything on there end is in working order.. so they told me to come here for help.


please help
