iPhone SE and Voice Memos

Why are there TWO Utilities folders on my iPhone desktop? These are on separate screens and have different utilities. When looking for the VoiceMemos utility, you have to go to the folder on the second screen, not the folder on the first screen. This seems unnecessarily confusing.

Can't find Voice Memo app in app store on imac I want see some recordings on my iMac that I just made with the iPhone voice memo app. Spotlight search does not find it. It is no in the app folder and it doesn't show up with searching in the App Store on the iMac. My iPhone settings say iCloud sync for Voice Memos is on. Where are they??

Where are Voice memos stored on my MacBook Air? Where are Voice memos stored on my Apple Mac? I am running macOS Monterey 12.6.5 I am sharing them with my iPhone [Re-Titled by Moderator]
