So I have an Apple TV HD and an iPhone 11 and was trying to colour balance my tv but it keeps failing at the end of cream when its starts to calibrate grey. I have tried restarting my apple tv, turning off lights and having the phone at a slightly different distance but to the same conclusion. Does anyone know why this keeps happening or how to fix it? Thanks

-Everything is up to date at 15.4.1
-appropriate to use cloth wipe of camera and TV.
-you may have already done this but also restart your AppleTV, maybe even unplugged for a few minutes.
-is your iPhone cover possibly a particularly thick and have small cutouts?
-“switch picture mode on your TV to Standard, Cinema or Movie mode. dark conditions with no direct light between your iPhone and TV screen. Keep you iPhone as still as possible. Keep it straight up, facing iPhone camera to blue particle cloud, keep it as close to TV screen as possible.”

I’ve seen suggestions to try a different video mode setting on the TV - for example if you’re currently set to “Vivid” try changing it to something more neutral like Standard or Cinema.
