By Troubleshooting iPhone Power Drain:

View the Battery Health:

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: Battery
3. Tap: Battery Health
4. View: [the percentage]
5. Is it 80% or less?  If so, it is time for a new battery.

You create a backup of your Mac prior to installing this update. If so, restore your Mac from it. If not, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always back up, prior to updating,

Hi, this is the problem me too, any solution?

Buy a new charger , worked for me , maby because it was updating while it was on the charger it happend my case probbly

I got the same issue after updating my XS Max to iOS 15.4.

Prior to the update it worked fine.
