i have an iphone 12. now the problem is, is when i leave my house i cant use any social media i can only text and call. my cellular data will not work. ive gone to my carrier and they said that its not them that is the problem. ive made sure my cellular data is on and ive reset my network and nothing has worked. so please if you know how to fix it let me know.

You can go to the App Store, and tap on your profile picture in the top the screen. Scroll to see any pending updates and tap update to install them.
How to manually update apps on your Apple device
You mentioned that your cellular data was enabled, is it enabled for those specific apps as well? You can confirm by going to Settings > Cellular. If you scroll down, you can see a list of all app and confirm that cellular data is enabled for them.
Use cellular data on your iPhone or iPad
Are there any iOS updated that need to be installed for your iPhone 12? You can confirm by going to Settings > General > Software Updates.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Be sure to back up your data before installing any updates. If you use iCloud to back up, you can initiate it by going to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > iCloud Back up and tap back up now.

none of my social media will work. i did try to network reset my phone and that still did not work and i looked for any updates for my apps and the phone it self but i have nothing that needs updating.
when i went into settings i did not see a profiles and devices icon in general. should i go into the apple store
i will definitely be taking it in to apple but i did look for the vpn and this is what it said
