What is the best reminder app with sync between iOS 15 and Mac Mojave

Hi,

My work computer is a mid-2010 MacPro that is running Mojave (after I upgraded the graphics card,) but that is the newest OS it can utilize.

What are recommendations for reminder/to-do apps that will sync with my iPhone (and other newer Macs) and the MacPro?
