What is the best reminder app with sync between iOS 15 and Mac Mojave

Hi,

My work computer is a mid-2010 MacPro that is running Mojave (after I upgraded the graphics card,) but that is the newest OS it can utilize.

What are recommendations for reminder/to-do apps that will sync with my iPhone (and other newer Macs) and the MacPro?

www.icloud.com and access Reminders from there.

This is predicated on iCloud is being used on All Devices using the same Apple ID account on all devices.
