I have a Samsung Xpress M2020W printer. I have a new ISP and am trying to change the printer to the new WiFi. I don’t have access to a computer. Can I use my iPad to connect it?

Have you checked whether your printer actually is one of these models from the M202xW series (the manual at http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05790048.pdf#G3.4668359 indicates AirPrint support for the W series)?
