An error occurred while uploading on the Macbook

Hello , I can't upload photos and 2 338 videos, it says that: “an error occurred while uploading and that an error occurred while uploading the high-quality version of this video. try again later.” but nothing changes. All photos and videos are very important to me (I have photos here from 2008 to 2021) they are nowhere else, only in Macbook, so please help me solve this problem.
