It’s almost certain those notes were not backed up. You should tell us where the notes were housed.

If your notes were stored in iCloud, assuming you’re using the iCloud account where this occurred, tap “<Folders” in the upper left, find the “Recently Deleted” folder, and that’s your best (likely only) chance to find the notes.
