Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Email will open for a few seconds then go back to main screen

As I scroll thru emails it keeps almost timing out and going back to the main screen. Tried shutting down and nothing helps since I updated

Which email app are your referring to? It appears that your email app is crashing soon after it is opened.

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
